Darby Swab
Graduate Assistant for the Arts Administration Offices

Darby is a recent Philly transplant, previously living in the Western New York region. She plays the French Horn and has a passion for supporting independent and DIY musicians. Darby received her Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo in 2016, but soon after decided to pursue arts administration and management in her graduate studies and career. She's previously worked in multiple artistic fields, from planning an annual arts awards show with Arts Services Initiative of WNY to a multi year student assistant and stage managing job at a contemporary music hall. Despite a wide range of interests, she hopes to one day work in orchestral concert management after receiving her Master's degree from Drexel.

Graduate Assistant for the Academy of Natural Sciences

Vee grew up in Philly and became interested in museums at a very young age. During her time as an Electronic Media and Film major at Towson University, she decided her path was leading her directly into museum work. She interned at the Towson Community Arts Center as an education intern, and followed that with a summer internship at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She's currently working in the Exhibits Department in the Academy of Natural Sciences and hopes to be a museum educator in Philadelphia after she graduates the AAML program!
